What we check
Your email address is part of your reputation. These three settings help receiving mail systems recognize mail that belongs to you.
We review your authorized senders and SPF record, including duplicate records and DNS lookup limits, so legitimate services are accounted for.
We guide you through turning on DKIM in your Google or Microsoft admin, then verify the published signing records and a test message.
We check that your domain's authentication aligns, start reporting in monitoring mode, and use the reports to recommend a next step.
Authentication helps reduce impersonation and supports delivery. It cannot guarantee inbox placement or stop every kind of fraud. Monitoring mode gathers information; it does not block spoofed mail.
One domain. All the essentials.
A guided setup for your business domain, with the details written down and the results checked.
How it works
Purchase the $149 setup. We follow up by email for your domain, platform, and sending services.
We prepare your sender inventory, DNS records, and clear instructions for your email admin.
You or your IT person make the updates in about 15 minutes. Complex setups may take longer.
We check the changes, help with corrections, and send a report after 30 days of monitoring.
Email [email protected]. We answer by email, usually within one business day.
A few useful answers
No. We never ask for your passwords. You or your IT person can apply every change using our instructions. If we agree that limited access would help, use a revocable role or invitation with only the permissions needed.
No. Authentication helps mail systems recognize legitimate mail. It cannot prevent lookalike domains, display-name impersonation, compromised accounts, or every spam decision. We start DMARC in monitoring mode, which does not request blocking. After 30 days, we recommend whether your domain is ready for a stricter policy.
That's why we start with a sender inventory. Tell us about every service that sends using your domain, including invoices, newsletters, forms, and your CRM. Some tools require their own authentication steps or a plan upgrade; third-party fees are not included.
Your domain passing SPF and DMARC checks within 14 days after you apply our records. We verify the published configuration and authentication with an agreed test message; the free checker alone cannot confirm a pass. If those checks do not pass in that time, email us for a full refund. The guarantee does not promise inbox placement. Full terms.
Free. No email address required. Just your public DNS records.
